Hi. This is Chris, of Chickens For Chicks. This is where my babies are, and I would love for you to come on along with me on my journey in homesteading and learning about my chickens and doing all that fun stuff.
Hey, guys. I’m hiding behind the camera today because I’m kind of sweaty. I just had to paint my chicken brooder.
Ignore my nasty yard. I’m working on it. Here is an update on the garden boxes. And see, as you can see, we’re filling it full of wood and chips and stuff like that. So I’ll probably only put like, I don’t know, maybe a quarter of that is going to be dirt and then I’m actually going to rearrange these because I don’t know if you guys can see it.
I’ve got these tires back here. This is where I’m going to be planting all of my tall stuff. And I’ve got those all around. And then here’s another planter and here’s my other one. Once we get these filled up, I’m going to move them all over to that side of the yard, facing the opposite way. So long ways.
Long ways. The boats are supposed to get moved, thank God. But anyway, I thought I would show you guys that there’s my pretty rosebush. Well, you can’t really see it. That is a knockout, yellow knockout rose. I was so happy to get that. And then I have this over here, some more yellow roses, and then I have a really pretty one.
My husband got me that. I got a plant. But anyways, that’s all for today, guys. Talk to you later.
